At Plandisc, we build planning software that helps teams and organisations create clarity and structure in their everyday work. To ensure long-term value for our customers, we are looking for a Customer Retention Lead who will take strategic and operational ownership of retention and customer engagement.
In this role, you will be the primary driver of customer retention and loyalty, while serving as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for our customers. As part of our Customer Success team, you will lead our retention approach across the entire customer journey and work closely with the team to ensure customers achieve continuous value from Plandisc across all markets.
Your responsibilities
Retention strategy & Customer Success leadership
Own and lead the customer retention strategy within the Customer Success team, with full accountability for customer continuity in the assigned portfolio
Define, drive, and continuously improve Plandisc’s retention approach through engagement models, frameworks, and best practices
Set direction for success plans, health checks, and business reviews to ensure alignment, quality, and impact across Customer Success
Customer value, insights & churn prevention
Build strong long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Enable customer value realization and adoption through proactive customer engagement
Analyse retention performance and customer insights (product usage, health score, CSAT, rNPS, churn, renewals) to guide strategic priorities
Identify retention risks early and lead initiatives to mitigate churn
Cross-functional collaboration & customer advocacy
Partner closely with Sales to define renewal and expansion strategies
Work closely with Customer Support to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution
Represent the voice of the customer internally and influence product, commercial, and customer experience strategy
About you
You are a structured, proactive, and customer-driven professional who thrives on ownership, impact, and high-quality customer outcomes
You have several years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Retention, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS environment, where you have managed a large customer portfolio and delivered proven results in growth and retention.
You have a strong understanding of Customer Success and customer journey principles, adoption, and value realization in the business software industry
You are a problem solver who continuously seeks sustainable, long-term improvements that delight customers and can be implemented in a scalable way within our ways of working, leveraging AI solutions and/or automation.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with retention by using data and insights to drive initiatives that nurture and engage our customers.
You are proficient in at least one Scandinavian language, and in English, which are Plandisc’s corporate languages. If you are not fluent in Norwegian, willingness to learn is considered a plus.
You have a commercial mindset and can identify upsell and retention opportunities
You enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously improve

Dine ansvarsområder
Strategi for fastholdelse & ledelse inden for Customer Success
Eje og lede strategien for kundefastholdelse i Customer Success-teamet med fuldt ansvar for kundekontinuitet i den tildelte portefølje.
Definere, drive og løbende forbedre Plandiscs tilgang til fastholdelse gennem engagementsmodeller, rammeværk og best practices.
Udstikke retningen for succesplaner, sundhedstjek og forretningsgennemgange (business reviews) for at sikre sammenhæng, kvalitet og effekt på tværs af Customer Success.
Kundeværdi, indsigt & forebyggelse af churn
Opbygge stærke, langsigtede kunderelationer og agere som en betroet rådgiver.
Muliggøre realisering af kundeværdi og adoption gennem proaktivt kundeengagement.
Analysere fastholdelsesresultater og kundeindsigter (produktanvendelse, health score, CSAT, rNPS, churn, fornyelser) for at styre strategiske prioriteter.
Identificere risici for frafald tidligt og lede initiativer for at mindske churn.
Tværfagligt samarbejde & customer advocacy
Samarbejde tæt med Salg for at definere strategier for fornyelse og udvidelse.
Arbejde tæt sammen med Kundesupport for at håndtere eskaleringer og sikre rettidig løsning.
Repræsentere "kundens stemme" internt og påvirke strategien for produkt, kommercielle forhold og kundeoplevelse.
Om dig
Du er en struktureret, proaktiv og kundedrevet profil, der trives med ejerskab, indflydelse og resultater af høj kvalitet for kunderne.
Du har flere års erfaring inden for Customer Success, Customer Retention eller en lignende kundevendt rolle i et SaaS-miljø, hvor du har håndteret en stor kundeportefølje og leveret dokumenterede resultater inden for vækst og fastholdelse.
Du har en stærk forståelse for Customer Success- og kunderejse-principper, adoption og realisering af værdi i softwarebranchen.
Du er en problemløser, der løbende søger bæredygtige, langsigtede forbedringer, som begejstrer kunderne, og som kan implementeres skalerbart i vores arbejdsmetoder ved hjælp af AI-løsninger og/eller automatisering.
Du har et stærkt analytisk mindset og er komfortabel med at arbejde med fastholdelse ved hjælp af data og indsigt til at drive initiativer, der plejer og engagerer vores kunder.
Du behersker mindst ét skandinavisk sprog samt engelsk, som er Plandiscs koncernsprog. Hvis du ikke taler flydende norsk, betragtes villighed til at lære det som et plus.
Du har et kommercielt mindset og kan identificere muligheder for mersalg og fastholdelse.
Du nyder at samarbejde på tværs af teams for at levere fremragende kundeoplevelser.
